BYCP AWARDED £3,000 SHANLY FOUNDATION GRANT FOR TUESDAY NIGHT SESSIONS

Boys' Club warmly thanks Shanly Foundation for awarding us a grant for our core session costs.

The £3,000 grant will contribute to delivering our Tuesday night sessions for our youth club members. Keeping our doors open is essential for the young people of Britwell - our provision ensures young people stay off the streets while providing a safe environment to take part in engaging activities that aren't accessible to them elsewhere.

Maintaining our existing Tuesday night sessions will continue to help young people in the area who are most in need of a reliable, supportive and accessible third space. Through our youth club sessions, we also help to lower anti-social behaviour in the community and provide childcare relief for parents in Britwell.

Shanly Foundation supports hundreds of local community groups and charitable organisations across the South-East of England.

Britwell Youth and Community Project is the only dedicated youth centre left in Slough. We work to empower young people and tackle limiting beliefs by providing leisurely activities to connect with others and raise their aspirations for adulthood.
